Connecticut Spring Boat Show 2022

The Connecticut Spring Boat Show is traditionnaly the first in-water boat show of the year in New England. In 2022, it will take place from Aptil 29 to May 1st. In 2022, this is the 6th edition.
The show welcome visitors from Connecticut and from all over New England. Sailboats and powerboats in display range from 20’ to more than 65’. There are also dozens of exhibitors on the lawn, brokers, artists, service companies, food and much more. Visitors can compare products and discover the latest innovations, gears, accessories. It is a great destination for the boating enthusiasts and for the entire family.
There is something unique about the Connecticut Spring Boat Show: the show raises money for a good cause. Each year, thousand of dollars are raised for Sails Up 4 Cancer (SU4C), a non-profit organization supporting cancer care, education, prevention, and research. 50% of ticket sales is donated to Sails Up 4 Cancer. Last year, $22,000 were raised and this year, the show expectation is to raise $30,000. Sails Up 4 Cancer (SU4C) will also exhibit at the show for more fundraising opportunities. In 2022, there will be several very interesting sessions. In particular, one session will be given by the president of Safe Harbor Marina, Rives Potts about the Newport-Bermuda race. Other sessions focus on fishing and powerboating.
The Connecticut Spring Boat Show is produced by WindCheck Magazine, a free monthly magazine dedicated to the boating community in New England. The magazine is published ten times a year and distributed to all marinas and waterfront communities in Rhode Island, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts.

Sessions feature Captain Mike Roy, the founder and operator of Reel Cast Charters, a full-time fishing charter company based out of Old Saybrook, Connecticut. Fishing the CT River, Long Island Sound and beyond… the Striper’s secrets.
